Registration Procedures for New Students (Grades 7-10)

  • Parents apply for their son/daughter by filling an application form at admission executive secretary after being acquainted with all the information about the school and details needed for the school; admission and tuition fees.
  • The applicant meets the stage head and conducts the entrance exam which has been set in coordination with the departments of languages (Arabic, English and French) as well as Mathematics and Sciences.
  • The stage head writes his recommendations regarding the applicant's performance in both the interview and the written exams.
  • The recommendations beside the application are forwarded to the director of the school for a final decision.
  • The executive secretary notifies the parents of the school's approval or disapproval.
  • The executive secretary notifies the accounting department in case of approval.
  • The parents are requested to pay the tuition fees at the accounting department in case of acceptance.
  • The tests are not set from any specific textbooks or syllabus but are of a general multiple-choice questionnaires designed to test the aptitude of the child or his/her academic ability.
  • The student maybe exempted from the admission test if he/she has strong academic background and has shown outstanding results for the previous academic year. Original Result Card from the previous school is to be provided at the time of Admission / Interview.
  • All students will be interviewed without exceptions.
  • The student will be tested in 5 subjects English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Admission is subject to scoring 70% (grade C) pass percentage in all the subjects.
  • If the student has been awarded an international exam prior admission, a copy of the grade must be provided, and this might exempt him / her from the test if the grade is a minimum B level or any equivalence. Example CP, IGCSE, GCE, SAT… (etc.).
