Section Three

Meet Mr. Majdi Twal, Head of Section Three

I would like to express my pride in my role as a Section 3 Leader at de La Salle/Frere. This section consists of ninth to twelfth grades, and includes national, British, and international programs. At this important stage, students begin to demonstrate their scientific and intellectual skills and begin to influence and be influenced by the life of the school and its community.

The third section is an integrated community characterized by dynamic interaction between students, teachers and administration. We provide them with various opportunities to interact and participate in academic and extra-curricular activities, which helps them to embark on working life and excel in their fields.

We seek to enhance the role of students in positively influencing the school community and the external community through various activities.

We work hard to help students face the challenges of external exams efficiently and confidently.

We are proud that our students score globally on external tests, reflecting the level of higher education we offer.

We have launched several educational and community initiatives, such as partnering with "Promising Hands" in scientific, cultural, environmental and heritage competitions, as well as a chess competition. We have also launched initiatives with wasl Anti-Bullying Foundation, King Hussein Cancer Center, Crown Prince Foundation (We) initiative, and support students in volunteer work with Tkiyet Um Ali and the Children's Museum.

Activities and initiatives:

1. Encouraging students to participate in volunteer work and community projects such as visiting homes for the elderly, and cooperating with the food bank, to support needy groups and promote a spirit of responsibility and belonging.
As part of our philosophy at the school, we always strive to help first-class students manage classrooms, fostering collaboration and integration between different groups.

2. We do not work to integrate modern technologies into the educational process to provide a distinguished educational experience.

3. Building partnerships with international educational institutions to promote cultural and scientific exchange.
